Incongruous Images

Pretty soon I depart for Vienna, Austria to hang out with my work colleagues for a couple of weeks.

I’m very excited – I’ve never been to Europe, and Vienna sounds like an incredible sight to see. I’m also looking forward to meeting the incredible people at work. I see them nearly every day via Skype, but it’s not quite the same as being in the same office. They are brilliant people, every last one of them. I’m going to learn so much.

As I packed my bags and prepared my diabetes supplies I was struck by this image.

A mountain of medicine

I feel in better health right now than I have in a very long time, which is why this visual (and time spent sorting and filling) hit me so hard.
