That’s Easy

I was munching on a big bag of white cheddar popcorn the other day when one of my friends walked by and said something about how hard it is to know how many carbs you’re eating when going right out of the bag like that.

I said “that’s easy, I’ll just have to eat the whole bag”…

  2. That made me laugh. I’ve actually gotten pretty good about not eating out of packages like that, but every once in a while, especially if there’s a box of Nilla Wafers or cheese crackers (I’ve been digging the Kraft Mac-n-Cheese white cheddar crackers) in the house, things get ugly.

    I do the same thing when I pop a bag of popcorn. I tell my husband to pop his own because I need to eat the WHOLE thing (I also need to learn to perfect the microwave time in order to pop all the seeds…). But carb counting gives me a good excuse to eat the whole bag 🙂
    Nice to realize there are many other “clever” carb counters out there!

  4. Hey at least with the bagged popcorn and the canned soup, you know the exact carb count and it is not a guessing game. 🙂 Who says processed food is bad for ya??!!
