I recently posted about the TEDxDelMar event in San Diego happening Saturday morning (10/15/2011).
For those unable to attend TEDxDelMar in person, there are a few ways to keep up on everything that is happening. The event kicks off at 9AM PST Saturday morning.
1) Watch the event live via the TEDxDelMar LiveStream channel. There’s even an iPhone App, and a mobile optimized page. But as of 10PM CST, the TEDxDelMar channel is not mobile compatible, so I’m not sure if it’ll work on your smartphone. I’ve never used any of the LiveStream stuff, but it may be worth checking out (I know I will).
2) Follow TEDxDelMar on Twitter.
3) Watch archived videos on the TEDxDelMar website or the TEDxTalks YouTube channel.
I was one plane ticket away from attending this event in person. I was offered a ticket (thank you Liz!), I was offered lodging (thank you George!), and I was offered transportation to and from (thank you again George!). SO close. But it wasn’t meant to be..
I’m so glad that I’ll be able to watch recordings, and hear about it from those that are able to attend. This event is a BIG DEAL, and I’m sure it will be an incredible day.
