#ScottsDeathRide – 2 Weeks of Training in the Bag!

I finished week 2 of my training schedule on Saturday and I’m feeling good! 

I can tell that I’m getting stronger, and I can tell that my body is changing. How? Because I’m hungry and tired!

Good reminders to focus on my sleep and nutrition – both important parts of building my base.
