Scott's Diabetes

Helping you see your strength

Wayback Wednesday – Three Words

April 8, 2009 By Scott K. Johnson 2 Comments

Picture of my hand with a BG line chart in the backgroundCourtesy of the “Wayback Machine“, I bring you the early entries I made in my online diabetes journal. This was back before Blogger made things easy, and I had to write the entries in HTML. The journal is no longer available, but thanks to the wonderful tools available on the internet, I was able to find much of my old stuff. I’d like to share one of the old entries with you.

A lot has changed since then, but those words all too often still ring true.

I saw something today that really touched home with me. The three words were exhausted, frustrated and defeated. At the end of the day, that is often how I feel about my diabetes. It just makes me tired of fighting.

It’s a good thing we’re all well practiced “reravelers“!
